First and foremost: We are not the typical computer consultants.

The relationship between the creative professional and digital technology has been rocky at best. We should know: We've made our collective livings for the past 30 combined years as creatives using technology: from graphic design to print production, from photography to photo retouching, from video broadcast production and film editing to DVD creation.

Along the way, it became clear to us that creative professionals stand the greatest chance of getting something out of technology, and yet are usually the least able to allow it into their lives.

The challenge is simple: it’s fear of technology.

Apart from our expertise, what is much more important to our clients is our ability to help them form relationships with their technology. Equal to our strengths as technological practitioners is our ability to understand the simple yet powerful fear of interacting with technology. This allows us to see the relationship from your perspective, and help you to change that relationship so that the technology helps you.

What we have done is taken all our collective knowledge of computers, the best practices from a combined 30 years of working in the aforementioned disciplines, and a healthy dose of compassion, and have brought this into relationships with clients who would rather drink lava than read a computer manual or open up anything that has a plug attached to it.

Mind you, knowing the information, and how to plug what in where, and all the technological gobbledygook is important and part of what we are as well.

Major League Baseball Network was designed with the goal of being a complete broadcast cable network, utilizing a file-based environment from acquisition to archive. MLBN engineering required an integration of 3 computer-based operating systems: OSX, Windows XP and Red Hat Linux, throughout the facility.
